RARE WW1 U.S.1918 FIGHTING KNIFE S/N 0427

This is the rare French version of the 1918 knuckle knife (Because the LF&C are so common) with a 6.5" double edged blade stamped AU LION with the lion trademark on the ricasso The knife is 11.75" including the skull crusher with the grip made from brass and stamped U.S.1918 The knife has an original LF&C scabbard which is stamped on the back with the belt lugs S/N 0427
Please note this is a WW1 modified version and is in used condition with the knuckles removed I have seen lots of variations of this type of knife as it was still used in WW11
