Commando Lock Knife by Lockwood Brothers S/n 03064

Even without the tyre slasher, these have been called SOE knives. I don't know when this was made, WW11 or post, but it has a 3.5" blade stamped CX LOCKWOOD BROTHERS SHEFFIELD
The knife is 8.25" when opened, with a steel body and Bakelite grips S/n 03064
