Rare Type D Survival Knife by Crown Sword S/n 03284

I've never seen an etched Type D knife before
The knife has a 7" bolo-style blade etched with SURVIVAL KNIFE Royal Navy, RAF, and Air Corps emblems on one side and a Harrier jet, a helicopter, and troops on the other, with Crown Sword logo
The knife is 12.5" overall with a hardwood grip screwed onto the full tang, and the knife has its original sheath S/n 03284
There is one scuff on one side of the blade
